We are a licensed general contractor based in Miramar, Florida, specializing in pool construction, remodeling and repair throughout Broward and Miami-Dade counties. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you provide to us. When you fill out our Contact Us or Free Estimate forms, call us, text us, or email us, you may give us:

5. Financing
Our Financing page includes a payment calculator and a link to apply with Lyon Financial, an independent third-party lender. Accro GC does not collect or store your loan application, Social Security number, credit or banking information through our Site. Any information you submit on the lender’s website is governed by the lender’s own privacy policy and terms. Financing decisions are made solely by the lender.
6. Text Messages (SMS)
If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your inquiry, estimate, appointments and project updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, complete your project, provide warranty service, and meet our legal, tax and licensing obligations. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
